Our D&I, Culture & Ethics team holds the following credentials offering a unique and first-rate expertise in inclusion, culture and engagement: Equality legislation & employment law expertise; Bias psychometric interpretation; Cultural Intelligence (CQ) accreditations & research to master’s level; Level 7 (Masters) CIPD Employee Engagement accreditations; and ICF accredited Executive Coaching qualifications.

Our expert consultants hail from the Private, Public and Third sectors with a number of years of senior leadership experience under their belts, having implemented large scale cultural transformation programmes.

Championing Diversity

Green Park has acted as advisor to the PM’s office and contributed to landmark diversity reviews including the Parker Review, Hampton-Alexander Review, McGregor-Smith Review and Davies Review. 

We are one of 20 organisations that have worked on the development of the National Equality Standard, with EY, the EHRC and the CBI, and are accredited by the Hampton-Alexander Enhanced Code of Conduct for our contribution to increasing gender diversity on boards.
