We support organisations to really move the diversity dial by:

  • Helping them to understand their D&I strengths and identify business improvements, enabling them to re-prioritise activities and rationalise their spend
  • Helping them to review their existing talent attraction strategy and recruitment principles to identify where bias may exist through processes or behaviours
  • Develop an impactful diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy and bring this to life through meaningful actions
  • Developing and strengthening governance structures for D&I accountability and ensuring that these are effective in cascading key messages about the D&I business case and rationale

Champions of diverse talent

Advocating and championing the acceleration of high-calibre diverse ethnic minority leaders into board positions, we annually publish our BAME 100 Business Leaders index to celebrate the UK’s ethnic minority board talent and dispel the myth that qualified diverse talent does not exist.

We are also committed to providing statistically validated data on the current state of the UK’s leadership, producing original research, including the Colour of Power and Green Park Leadership Series, mapping the gender and ethno-cultural diversity of the most senior leadership roles in the Public, Private and Third sectors.

Recognised Industry Leaders

Green Park has acted as advisor to the PM’s office and contributed to landmark diversity reviews including the Parker Review, Hampton-Alexander Review, McGregor-Smith Review and Davies Review. 

We are one of 20 organisations that have worked on the development of the National Equality Standard, with EY, the EHRC and the CBI, and are accredited by the Hampton-Alexander Enhanced Code of Conduct for our contribution to increasing gender diversity on boards.
