We source candidates who have an evident aptitude for improving community engagement displayed in their career choices and experiences. Our data-led approach is built on fifteen years of proactively mapping leadership talent across the public, private and third sectors. This enables us to find candidates that might not ordinarily have been on a client’s radar, by identifying other areas where their scarce skills may be found.

The team’s cross-functional configuration combines experience from public and private sectors, particularly in support of the drive by health and social care providers towards greater digitalisation. We have a strong track record for placing candidates from outside the sector, particularly for trustee positions.
