4000
engaged with over 4,000 employees to improve the workplace culture
Our awareness of cultural, operational and logistical differences enables us to conduct industry-leading advisory work related to developing, enhancing, and evolving DEI thinking and strategy. We have produced numerous thought leadership and insight reports annually which we gift to our clients regularly, we contribute to Global DEI research and offer regular internal “trend” sharing sessions to continually enhance our client’s work.
Green Park’s extensive diversity and inclusion expertise is a resource we make available to clients through strategic partnerships based around sharing best practice. Typically, our DICE experts work directly for clients either on one-off projects or to help them meet longer-term objectives. Quite often, our role is to build internal capability and embed sustainable diversity-oriented processes that clients take onboard and implement.
Committed to providing long-lasting value for our clients that continues beyond our contractual partnership length, our strategic partnerships will often include the development of self-assessment tools and dashboards and performance monitoring processes. This enables the organisations we work with to continue tracking their DEI journey, building their internal capabilities and embedding a culture that supports sustainable progress.
