In addition to having trained Mental Health First Aiders, we have teamed up with mental health professionals, Don't Mind Group, to offer our employees fortnightly wellbeing sessions with a qualified therapist. We also provide free access to mental health resources and monitoring tools through carefully selected partners, as well as running buddy schemes to help remote workers stay connected.
