Can You Afford To Keep Thinking, Recruiting and Managing Talent In The Same Way?
That's the question at the heart of Green Park's Virtual Global Talent Conference, and it's one every leader we work with is already wrestling with. Skills are moving faster than job titles. Careers no longer run in straight lines. The people you need most may not look like the people you've always hired. So we've built two mornings to help you get ahead of it - and with the flexibility to make the programme work around you.
Watch Exceptional Speakers From Your Desk
You'll hear from an exceptional line-up of leaders, including John Flint CBE, former CEO of HSBC, Anna Capitanio, Chief People Officer at Domestic & General; Matt Hyde OBE, Chief Executive of Lloyds Bank Foundation; and Chris Bones, Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. More than 35 speakers will share online what's working, and what isn't - across sectors and borders
Your Choice of Days and Sessions
We know senior leaders' time is at a premium, so there's no expectation to attend every session or both mornings. It's a virtual event, so you can watch from anywhere. Join us online on Day 1, Day 2 or both, attending the sessions most relevant to you and the challenges you're facing.
We'll also take you through some of our brand new pieces of research, each distilled into a clear, practical summary you can take straight back to your board.
This is also what sets Green Park apart. We don't just fill roles. We bring insight, evidence and a network that helps our clients see around corners and act before others do. If this sounds like something for you, please register today and share with your network.
