We are trusted partners working Globally on behalf of our clients. We have a wealth of knowledge of the legal landscape of equalities legislation across a number of countries and have a deep understanding of the different cultural nuances that need to be understood in order to deliver impactful programmes which need to be globally applied.
We have worked across a number of countries advising on best practice relevant for their market and their level of DEI maturity.
We have supported a number of clients to create a set of Global principles and delivered Inclusive Leadership and DEI upskilling sessions for colleagues in Brazil, Spain, APAC, EMEA, LatAm, and North and South America and as part of our Global inclusion audit work we have carried out engagement sessions in France, Poland, Kazakhstan, Turkey, India, Ireland, Thailand, Amsterdam and Denmark.
