With 50% of our work being carried out at Senior Executive level and 50% involving Board appointments of Chairs and Trustees, our role is to help clients adapt and respond effectively to the challenges they face and the opportunities open to them by building diverse teams that deliver lasting impact.
In the past three years, 48% of all our placements within the third sector were women and 20% BAME.
