BSI partnered with Green Park to find their new Chief Commercial Officer. This pivotal hire is mandated to drive all commercial activity in this multibillion turnover organisation. The role will redefine the future commercial roadmap and global go to market strategy across the three main pillars of business and their incredibly broad geographical reach. Creating a holistic strategy, consistent customer experience and joined up approach to serving a globally matrixed client portfolio, whilst also accommodating the local cultural and socioeconomic nuances that make up their diverse commercial ecosystem. This leader was to be located in North America to spread their on the ground presence of global exco.
Green Park delivered a highly competitive shortlist consisting of US nationals on the ground and those returning home from global postings. These leaders all coming from highly complex, heavily matrixed global organisations with multiple product and service lines leading to the ultimate appointment of Jen Burns as Chief Commercial Officer.
