Green Park welcomed Natalie to the business in 2018. Since then, her 15 years in the recruitment industry have proved invaluable. Drawing on experience spanning both the private and public sector, Natalie has shaped the People Solutions Practice as well as countless bespoke recruitment solutions.

If anyone’s qualified to talk about the challenges facing today’s boards, it’s David Sayers. He arrived at Green Park in 2017 having worked as a Finance Director and headhunted executive talent across the C-suite community. David has worked for both FTSE and privately-owned recruitment businesses during his 30-year career, as well as having launched and run his own successful practice.

As an experienced advisor on many issues surrounding CFO-level strategic requirements, David is regularly brought in by the Board when they are looking to secure their new Group Finance lead, as well as being mandated by the CFO when an organisation is looking to strengthen their teams to meet the demands of an ever-changing business landscape.
