Green Park has appointed Jamie Homer as director in its retail and consumer practice. Homer brings over 15 years of global retail and consumer experience to Green Park having previously worked with brands like Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and the Selfridges Group.

With an extensive background in talent acquisition, HR, executive search and business development, Homer has held roles in North America and the UK and owned remits across Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Before joining Green Park, Homer worked for a digital executive search consultancy. Prior to this, he spent seven years at URBN Urban Outfitters Inc., as the international HR and business development director, building the Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People brands globally and hiring and developing their senior leadership teams.

Homer’s hire continues an internal recruitment push by Green Park, following a successful 2017, with increased sales growth of 70% and internal team growth of 40%. The Green Park retail and consumer practice helps clients design, build and develop their leadership teams and organisations. Homer is one of three new hires to the Green Park team; accompanied by two new consultants.

Homer (pictured) commented, “I am very proud to have joined the retail and consumer practice at Green Park and look forward to helping create and deliver a truly unique end-to-end service proposition for our existing and future clients.”

Steve Baggi, Co-Founder and head of retail and consumer at Green Park, added, “We are very excited to have Jamie join the team. His mix of working with international brands together with his recent experience of advising on senior digital and technology appointments will add great insight to our clients.”
