The Challenge

Hilton Food Group plc is a UK-based international food packaging business, specialising in meat, seafood, and plant-based products. Established in 1994, the company operates nearly 25 processing facilities across 19 markets in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America, serving major retailers like Tesco, Woolworths, and Ahold Delhaize. The company is actively pursuing sustainability initiatives, including reducing plastic packaging and setting science-based environmental targets. Looking ahead, Hilton is optimistic about growth prospects, particularly in plant-based foods, and is exploring new opportunities in markets such as Saudi Arabia and Canada.

Our Approach
