The Requirements

Ella collaborated with a longstanding British organisation to deliver a Green Park CARE Audit. This audit assessed the organisation’s current position and provided actionable recommendations to advance equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within the business.

The Process

To validate these employee insights, Green Park consultants also conducted a comprehensive review of the organisation’s existing policies. This review aimed to identify policy gaps and understand why certain policies were more effective for some staff groups than others in practice.

Following the completion of both the document review and staff engagement, Green Park delivered a full audit report. This report outlined areas of best practice, pinpointed opportunities for improvement, and included a comprehensive set of recommendations for implementation. The CARE Audit highlighted both strengths and critical gaps in the organisation’s journey toward a truly inclusive and equitable workplace.

The Results

Key themes included the need to dismantle systemic barriers, empower frontline teams, and embed accountability at the leadership level.

To support implementation, Green Park facilitated a playback session to present the findings, prioritise the recommendations, and bring the report to life. The audit has enabled the organisation to move beyond treating inclusion as an initiative, positioning it instead as a core business value. The findings and recommendations from the CARE Audit have ultimately guided the development of a three-year EDI roadmap and informed the organisation’s strategic direction.
