Working at Green Park

Since our inception in 2006, Green Park has grown from challenger to become one of Europe’s fastest growing suppliers of interim management, executive search and board advisory solutions across the private and public sectors. Throughout this period of growth, we have never lost sight of our vison: to set a new benchmark for customer service in the senior recruitment industry, consistently treating candidates and clients with the respect and consideration they deserve.

At the heart of this vision are our core company values, influencing every point of contact we have with clients, candidates, suppliers, and colleagues alike. These values are centred around openness, honesty, equality, clear communications and a stated commitment to delivering what we promise.
