Dawar Hashmi, Partner - Local Government & Health Executive Search at Green Park formed the Diversity in Local Government Leadership Forum to make changes towards action. Over the last 10 years the number of black council CEO's has doubled to just four.
There is a huge amount of work still to be done and this forum provides a platform for leaders to discuss change and action to instigate this.
