Simon Pickerell is an Associate bringing over 18 years of experience in both public and private sector recruitment, including education, healthcare, transportation, and freight management. He will be assisting in the development of the not for profit interim proposition.
Simon previously held a senior position with a national recruitment agency for several years and went on to establish his own successful company, where he recruited for a wide range of management-level positions. Simon possesses extensive knowledge of diverse recruitment and is passionate about the importance of the DEI agenda in the interim management sector. He has a particular interest in helping charities realise their potential through making the necessary interventions.
