Neil Lupin has strategic responsibility for Green Park’s Public Sector Interim Management Practice, which focuses on Local Government, Central Government, the NHS and Charities and Social Enterprises, specialising in recruiting Board and Senior Interim Managers.
Neil’s Practice spans the UK and works with a wide variety of customers. In Local Government, the Interim Managers he places work as CEOs, Directors and Assistant Directors across all corporate functions and deliver a broad range of transformation, change, programme and project management roles across all frontline services – children’s and adult services, education, environment, regeneration and housing.
With nearly 25 years’ experience in Local Government executive recruitment, Neil is one of the UK’s leading interim recruiters, with a successful track record spanning hundreds of appointments. He has chaired the judging panel for the MJ Local Authority of the Year award since 2013 and holds one of the only recruitment consultants PPMA Associate Memberships, both of which underline his deep commitment to the sector.
Neil has been listed by the Institute of Interim Managers (IIM) as a Leading Interim Provider Consultant from 2013 to 2018 and in 2016 he was the third-placed Provider Consultant of the Year nationally. He has also been a finalist for the Institute of Recruitment Professionals IMA Consultant of the Year award twice.
