Miles Mackie
Senior Research Consultant
Miles joined Green Park in the summer of 2019, moving from a leading Charity specialist recruiter where he led the HR team. Miles has extensive experience in the non-profit market and has established a strong personal brand across the industry.
Miles excels in working with clients to understand their needs, and then delivering the correct resource to help problem-solve and achieve the organisation’s goal. By developing honest relationships with candidates and clients alike, Miles can successfully deliver on the requirements of both.
Miles is passionate about mental health, and delivers workshops in schools and businesses on the topic in his free time; he has also been a very active member of our Wellbeing committee, launching new initiatives on how best to support Green Park staff and our customers.
I enjoy building long-standing relationships with customers built on trust, integrity, and delivery, so I am confident I can support them in the best way possible.
