Liz Walker is a Director in Green Park’s Private Sector Practice specialising in HR Executive Search assignments across all private sector industries. Liz has over 15 years international recruitment and executive search experience across an array of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, fintech, manufacturing, engineering and media and has partnered with a diverse range of organisations from global brand leaders to pioneering start-ups.
Driven by developing and nurturing long term relationships with her trusted network of HR executives, Liz has a deep knowledge of how to build best in class People functions. With expertise across the whole HR remit from strategic HR leaders, Reward and Employee Relations specialists through to Leadership and Organisational Development and Talent experts, her knowledge of the complexities of the function is highly attuned and nuanced.
Prior to joining Green Park, Liz was Managing Partner at a global, boutique HR Executive Search firm and before that held senior roles at niche recruitment organisations, where she specialised in senior and C Suite assignments across HR, IT and Finance functions.
Liz has a MSc in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics and has a passion for championing neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace.
