Research & Delivery
Consultant
Laura is a Delivery Consultant in the Civil Society & Government practice at Green Park. She brings seven years of executive search experience working across board and executive appointments for research-led organisations and NGO’s.
Prior to joining Green Park, Laura was part of the Talent Acquisition Team at the Wellcome Trust supporting appointments Board level and leading the recruitment for the Digital and Technology Business area. Laura started her career in executive search in an international search firm assisting higher education clients on professorial and senior academic appointments and arts organisations with executive and non-executive appointments.
Laura has a BA in History from the University of Bristol and a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Employment Law. She is passionate about access to education and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Early Careers Foundation.
I joined Green Park because I am passionate about diversity in recruitment and I enjoy encouraging organisations to think outside the box when it comes to hiring.
