Research & Delivery
Head of Research
Kate joined Green Park in September 2021 as Head of Research across both Private and CSG, leading teams of experienced research and delivery consultants. Her role is to maintain the delivery of the highest standards of research, whilst ensuring diversity and inclusion is embedded throughout.
Kate has over 23 years' Executive Search and Talent Acquisition experience in International Financial Services including Professional Services, Chair and Non-Executive Board roles, and International BPO/Outsourcing. Kate comes with expertise in consulting from Director through to C-suite talent in organisations, ranging from boutiques to FTSE100 companies.
Kate previously worked at the UK’s largest Talent Research and Insights business as a Global Client Partner building a portfolio of Financial Services clients and before that spent over 4 years’ at Capita. Here she helped set up and lead their first ever in-house Executive Search function where she built the team and delivered large-scale senior recruitment programmes across Legal, Transformation, Risk and Audit, Sales and Marketing.
Kate was also programme lead for senior diversity hiring where she achieved the Board target of 40% gender diversity in the first 3 months and throughout her tenure at Capita.
