Jon Morrison brings over 12 years of recruitment experience to the Green Park Team. Since joining Green Park in 2017 Jon has worked on senior searches for some of the largest organisations in the sector, including Citizen’s Advice, the British Red Cross, StepChange and the Scout Association at Chair, Trustees, CEO and Director level. He also retains an affinity for working with smaller, but impactful, institutions such as HelpMusicians, Music Minds Matter and the Foundation for FutureLondon.
Prior to joining Green Park, Jon’s recruitment career focused on the procurement of mid to senior level roles in the oil and gas sector, supporting organisations such as BP, Shell, OMV and BG Group on interim and permanent roles globally. Following his passion, Jon has moved into the third sector, leading candidate engagement within Green Park’s Civil Society and Government Practice.
Previously, Jon held an Account Management role for a boutique recruitment business who focused on sales roles in the IT outsourcing sector. Jon held responsibility for a number of major accounts, including Fujitsu Technology Services and BT Global Services. During this time Jon led campaigns to build Strategic Sales Pursuit teams for Fujitsu’s North America business as well as BT’s Unified Communications pre-sales team in Europe.
Jon holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Leeds and is committed to delivering recruitment solutions above and beyond the expectations of his clients and candidates.
With ever increasing scrutiny and funding pressure on the charity and social enterprise sector, organisations are being asked to achieve more, with less. It’s therefore imperative that we find, secure and retain the best people from the sector and beyond. Being able to play a part in this process is why I chose to work at Green Park.
