Jody Goldsworthy is the Managing Director of Green Park’s Consultancy and Leadership Services Practice. With a background in Talent, Leadership, Organisational Development and Human Capital Consulting, she has a reputation for the high quality of her C-suite and leadership advice and an excellent track record transforming existing Talent and People practices.
Prior to Green Park, Jody led a successful consultancy start-up for a UK Executive Search firm, steered the EMEA Professional Services division at CEB (SHL) and spent 10 years at global firm Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) overseeing the capability assessment practice. Jody has extensive experience in advising and co-creating talent management, coaching, leadership development, board review and development, high potential development and succession planning solutions for multinational clients and also across the public sector.
Prior to these consulting roles she spent ten years in the industry in HR, change management, recruitment and sales roles in her native Australia.
