Jo Sweetland is a member of the Board at Green Park and heads up Green Park’s Private Sector Search Practice.
An award-winning consultant with 24 years of executive recruitment experience, Jo leads a team who focus on the appointment of executive search roles across multiple industries and functional skill sets, including HR, finance, digital and change and transformation roles.
Jo Sweetland is recognised as one of the leading HR recruitment specialists in the UK and internationally. Through her years of experience and functional innovation, Jo has established herself as the ‘go-to’ market expert for businesses wanting to excel their people agenda.
Jo was named IMA Interim Consultant of the Year 2013 at the IRP REC awards, the first HR recruiter to be awarded this accolade, and was most recently recognised as a “Best Executive Search Director” by Women in Wealth magazine.
