Jenny is a Consultant in Green Park’s Private Sector Practice, focusing on maintaining and developing new and existing relationships with candidates and clients pre and post-placement. She is primarily responsible for sourcing senior human resources candidates, both interim and permanent, but has a track record covering a broad range of roles within the private sector.
With nineteen years recruitment industry experience, Jenny prides herself on her extensive networks and exceptional customer care during the resourcing process, acting as an advisory partner to her clients and career advisor to her candidates. The HR roles she recruits for include Chief Human Resource Officers, HRDs, Global Resource & Talent Managers, Composition & Benefit Managers and Diversity & Inclusion Officers.
Jenny first joined Green Park in 2014 as Candidate Manager in the HR Practice before moving into the role of Consultant in 2017. In 2019 and with over five years experience at Green Park, Jenny took on a new challenge as an in-house Resourcing Business Partner at a leading financial services provider, before returning to Green Park in her current role.
Jenny has worked within UK and globally focused recruitment companies and began her career as a Recruitment Co-ordinator, before progressing to subsequent roles of Executive Assistant, Candidate Researcher and now Consultant. Her career path progression is testament to her hard-working and personable demeanour and has given her a unique attention to detail throughout all stages of the assignment delivery process.
