As Partner of Green Park's Information and Technology Executive Search Practice, Jamie is responsible for technology, digital and data search assignments across all private sector industries. He brings over 15 years' experience in technical leadership recruitment and has worked with a range of organisations, from the world’s largest corporates to small tech startups and Fintechs.
After completing a BSc in Psychology at Durham University, Jamie entered a career in search which focused on building long term relationships and understanding the true motivations of his clients and candidates. He has deep domain expertise across technology from Infrastructure to front end; vendor management to proprietary platform development. He has also worked extensively in the last five years across digital, data (from governance to data science/AI) and innovation.
Jamie is passionate about understanding the cultural nuances of organisations and jurisdictions, having personally completed work in over 20 countries and taking an international approach to all searches.
Jamie lived in Hong Kong for over 4 years and headed front to back resourcing for Asia for the global financial services firm, Macquarie. This gave him first-hand experience of talent acquisition and talent management, the internal complexities of hiring within a large corporate, as well as living and working overseas.
