Jaimi Shanahan
Director
Jaimi Shanahan
joined Green Park in 2010 as a researcher in the Charities and Social Enterprise Practice. In this time she has progressed to Senior Consultant and now holds the position of Director. Jaimi has extensive experience of delivering senior-level appointments and Non-Executive roles across the public, private and third sectors, now predominantly focused on the charities, social enterprise and housing markets. Her clients include NSPCC, Crisis, Borough Market, Mind and BBC Children in Need.
Also experienced in research and analysis for bid preparation and business development, Jaimi has helped to build the Charities and Social Enterprise Practice which has rapidly grown and now boasts a repeat business rate of over 75%. Additionally, she has been instrumental to the production of the practices’ thought leadership and facilitation of sector roundtable events.
Jaimi had 10 years’ experience in a governance role as Trustee of a local arts charity. Prior to joining Green Park, Jaimi spent several years with another executive search company as an administrator.
I enjoy building relationships with clients and candidates, helping to find creative and innovative solutions to challenges. Green Park has given me the platform to do this.
