Harley Gallaway-Meyer
Senior Research Consultant
Harley Gallaway-Meyer joined Green Park in 2025 as a Senior Research Consultant in the Private Sector Practice.
Prior to joining Green Park, Harley spent over two years with a Global Search Consultancy as a Senior Associate focused on C-Level and Executive appointments. With over six years’ experience, Harley began her career in contingent recruitment before transitioning to Executive Search. She has experience delivering mandates across a range of sectors, specifically within Professional Services and Business Services.
Harley holds a First Class Degree in Criminology and Social Policy from Loughborough University.
