David Needham joined Green Park in 2011 from a global FTSE business David and now leads Green Park’s People Solutions and Civil Society and Government’s interim division. David founded Green Park’s People Solution’s Practice in 2016 after recognising Green Park’s client’s need for a more consultative and inclusive proposition in the outsourced talent and outcomes-based market.
For over 15 years David has helped his clients through complex periods of transformation, redesign and turnaround and in recent years he has honed a particular expertise in creating alternative approaches and models of talent acquisition to ensure his clients meet their goals.
David’s passion for the public sector has afforded him the privilege of writing for the Health Service Journal, serving as the London Branch Chair of the Health Financial Management Association, building a sexual health business from the ground up and working side by side with the British government on foreign trade events.
