Corine is a CIPD-accredited Senior Consultant with Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics (DICE) Consultancy Practice. She specialises in D&I and has HR and Recruitment experience across the multiple sectors.
A driven and passionate D&I specialist, Corine is a great communicator and influencer in her field and has worked with a wide range of organisations, including UK Finance, Body Shop, Diageo BUPA and State Street.
Corine works to analyse D&I strategy cross-industry using data and best practice and uses them to inform policies and D&I initiatives. Corine also develops and facilitates a number of Inclusion trainings and drives employee/business resource group (E/BRG) success to ensure they are effectively established and become integrated business partners long-term.
Corine completed her MSc in Human Resources Management (Assoc. CIPD) at the London School of Economics and Political Science and was awarded for best overall performance. She has a strong interest and experience in D&I thought leadership and data analytics and explores how organisations can really move the dial when it comes to D&I and its strategic implementation.
