Christian joined Green Park’s People Solutions Practice as a Senior Consultant in 2019, providing a scalable approach to tackle the challenges associated with the effective delivery of talent via innovative strategies.
From talent attraction, retention and management processes, Christian has supported clients with the strategic placement of teams and technology to achieve their desired outcome(s). The range of services delivered includes virtual benches, technical builds, delivery teams, and complex programme management. Specialising in Digital Transformation projects, Christian utilises Statements of Work (SOW) and key delivery milestones to ensure the best value is achieved for both client and consultant.
With two decades experience in the recruitment industry, Christian has delivered high-volume and complex recruitment projects on a national and international basis and built technology, transformation and digital recruitment practices from scratch. His track record includes an international recruitment campaign for a silicon valley client involving the successful placement of 40 permanent software engineers in one month.
With experience across the private and public sectors, Christian has also provided technical solutions for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), such as the design and implementation of infrastructure dashboards to monitor suppliers, and delivery Systems Thinking Training to assist with the department’s productivity and collaboration.
Prior to joining Green Park, Christian held the position of Head of Practice Digital Innovation, Transformation and Technology at a global strategic resourcing, managed services and software development company.
