Our Experts
Carole Harden
Director of People
Carole Harden is Green Park’s Director of People. Leading the function, Carole focuses on the talent attraction to Green Park and being a thought provoker.
Prior to Green Park, Carole’s background is split between the private and public sector and she has spent many years working in global roles across many continents. Carole has worked at SCS2 supporting the Chair of HMRC, and Perm Secs of DWP, DfT and MoJ, she also has experience as an Executive Director with two regulators and additionally in the private sector at board level in retail, aerospace, media and financial services.
Carole is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with an MBA in International Business with a degree in economics and finance.
I have known Green Park and Raj since its inception and at some stage have either had Green Park working for me or I have been working through Green Park. I am excited to utilise my unique experience of global perspective, strong commercial experience and multi sector exposure to progress this exciting organisations’ objectives.
