Callum Donbavand is a Senior Consultant in Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) Consultancy Practice. Callum brings over 5 years Consultancy and Recruitment experience to the team. He specialises in the Private Sector where he has worked with a number of leading FTSE 100/250 organisations integrating as a strategic partner to assist them in enhancing their people and talent agendas.
Callum leads DICE’s Diverse Talent Solution’s workstream and has recently delivered this programme with a Big 4 Retail client. This project involved successfully helping to upskill their internal Talent Acquisition teams on inclusive recruitment as well as establish sustainable, diverse talent pipelines for one of their most unrepresented areas of the business.
Callum graduated with a 1st Class Honours in International Business Management from Manchester University, during which he spent a year working in China in a multi-functional Business Management role for a leading global hotelier.
