Race Equality Week: Free Virtual Showcase Session
Inclusive Leadership: Building Cultural Connections
11am - 12pm, Thursday 9th February 2023.
As co-founders of Race Equality Matters, Green Park are proud to power Race Equality Week 2023.
As part of our own commitment to driving equality and inclusion across UK workplaces, during Race Equality Week we will be holding a free, virtual showcase session on Building Cultural Connections.
Taking place at 11am on Thursday 9th February, the one-hour showcase will aim to empower leaders to build stronger cultural connections with their teams and drive greater accountability for positive change, which will promote racial equality within their own workplaces.
This will be a taster of the extensive Inclusive Leadership Programmes developed by our Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics Consultancy Practice, led by Green Park’s Managing Partner, Jo Heath, an experienced Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) auditor, specialising in Human Rights, Equality Law and Cultural Change.
Supporting the Race Equality Week theme #ItsEveryonesBusiness, the session will be free to attend and is open to any business or individual wanting to join.
Event takeaways will be shared with attendees in the weeks following the event.
