While the uncertainty surrounding Brexit negotiations leaves many unsure of what a post-EU Britain looks like for the job market, one niche group is benefiting: Interim Managers.
While organisations remain cautious and hesitate to make long-term hiring commitments, still in the dark on what Brexit means for freedom of movement and trade, experienced “senior Interim Managers are in high demand”, explains Jo Sweetland, Green Park’s Head of HR Practice.
