Green Park has announced the appointment of Trevor Phillips to Chairman of the Board, formally a Non-Executive Director, with Jo Sweetland, Managing Partner of Green Park’s Private Sector Practice, also joining the Board. An award-winning consultant with almost 20 years of executive recruitment experience, Jo Sweetland will provide an important link between the practice heads and the Board, while Trevor Phillips, the founding Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, brings extensive strategic business leadership with values aligned to Green Park’s Diversity & Inclusion proposition.
