The last quarter has been a dynamic and productive time for Green Park. We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming new clients to the firm while continuing to deliver outstanding work for our existing partners in four continents. Yet, we have also been busy innovating to outperform challenging market conditions for our clients.

On October 1-2, we hosted our 2nd annual virtual Global Talent Conference, a two half-day event featuring over 30 speakers, 12 sessions, and our largest audience yet. The conference covered an array of critical topics, including:

  • Culture wars
  • The evolving role of the CPO
  • C-suite challenges and transitions from CPO to NED
  • Socio-economic diversity
  • Recruitment and talent attraction
  • Employee experience and organisational culture
  • Data-driven insights into employee sentiments

New this year, we also introduced deep-dive spotlights on the insurance sector, government, and succession planning, providing 700+ attendees with invaluable insights and actionable takeaways.

If you missed the live sessions, don’t worry – we’ll be making them available on demand via our insight hub very soon, so stay tuned.

In addition to the conference, we’ve been busy expanding our network and offerings. We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with Winmark that will broaden our reach into the C-suite community, providing even greater insights and connections. We’ve also become the Headline Supporter of Clore Leadership’s flagship conference Governance Now, recently hosted a roundtable with members of our Interim network to explore the topic of sustainable transformation, and have officially launched the trial phase of our own generative AI, an inclusive, affordable intervention to accelerate inclusion.

As we move into Q4, we’re excited to say that the momentum isn’t slowing down. If you’d like to learn more about any of our recent initiatives or simply catch up over coffee to discuss the market, we’d love to hear how we can help  you.

Until next time,

Raj
