Green Park's response to COVID-19

In light of the ongoing spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Green Park has activated its business continuity plans. Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, candidates, clients and other stakeholders, as well as the continuity of our services.

We understand the role Green Park will play during this time and how our expertise in recruitment, resourcing for change and helping organisations become more relevant to their customer will change. We have invested in communications and our ability to work remotely but not in isolation.

We wish to support our customers to ensure you have the access to solutions, when ever needed. I know you’ve likely been inundated with communications like this one. Even so, I wanted to share some of the steps we are taking to maintain business continuity and support for our customers, whilst working hard to protect the relationships, networks and social value that has elevated our business and the communities we serve.

Our response plan

We have designated a Task Force to ensure seamless operations throughout this situation, which includes making provisions for our employees to remain fully operational and equipped to work remotely.

Green Park is complying with government and public health organisation guidance in order to keep everyone safe and will be actively monitoring and implementing all official guidance for the protection of our people. We are monitoring the guidance being released from the UK’s Chief Medical Officer and the World Health Organization, as well as UK Government and NHS sources.

As per our own contingency planning, the following measures have been invoked and are ongoing:

  • Task Force established
  • Regular communication plan established and actioned
  • Remote working in place for a range of personnel and teams, with ability for calls into these teams to be redirected and/or answered both in and outside of the office.
  • Supply chain risk assessment information gathered and assessed.

How we’re supporting customers and providing uninterrupted service

As a dedicated professional service company, we have the inherent advantage of having the existing talent networks and processes in place to continue our business operations uninterrupted. We have invoked our remote working policy which is now fully operational and will continue to conduct business as usual.

We have successfully tested our ability to deliver our services and communicate with our teams and customers remotely. We have provided employees with the tools necessary to deliver their duties from a remote location. Where appropriate we will segregate our workforce into teams that can operate from different locations, thereby minimising the risk of cross-contamination.

How we’re keeping our employees safe

The Core Green Park team is healthy and focused on mitigating any disruptions during this stressful time. Our Leadership Team has executed a business continuity plan with guidelines for, staff well-being, working and managing teams remotely. We are ready and confident that both teams and infrastructure will allow us to continue to support you, our customers, with the same level of quality that we do today.

In line with government recommendations, we have also suspended all non-essential company travel and will be conducting meetings and interviews remotely for the time being. We will keep you updated and communicate any new information on our website and social media channels, as the situation continues to unfold.

We’re here to help

We understand that the current events impact us all personally before professionally. We are doing everything we can to ensure our employees are healthy and safe and are able to support our customers. We are determined to doing everything we can to be positive people contributing to the wider community.

Please contact myself or member of our team with any questions, concerns, or requests.

Very best regards at this difficult time,
