Green Park are delighted to have won Inclusivity Initiative of the Year 2023/2024, in recognition of efforts made driving inclusive recruitment processes to the next level.

The Corporate LiveWire Global Awards celebrates the recent success and continued achievements of businesses and individuals across a wide range of sectors and industries whilst also addressing some of the most pertinent issues facing key sectors today. 

Throughout the last year 31,287 nominations were received by the awards team at Corporate LiveWire from over 36 countries around the world. Winners were chosen for innovation, ethical practice, industry recognition, and most importantly service excellence.

Green Park were awarded Inclusivity Initiative of the Year for helping leading organisations unlock their competitive advantage through diverse and inclusive leadership. With an impact extending beyond recruitment, Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics (DICE) Consultancy trained more than 1,600 leader in 2023 alone, creating an environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

The judging panel was particularly impressed by the efforts made at Green Park to take inclusive recruitment to the next level, an area where everyone has significant gains to make. The organisation has successfully challenged industry norms, raising standards and changing customer expectations of a modern headhunter.
