Green Park sign-up to support Progress Together and their aim to level the playing field for employees from all socio-economic backgrounds.

Raj Tulsiani, CEO, Green Park

We are delighted to have signed up as a Supporter of Progress Together, the first of its kind focusing on progression, retention, and socio-economic diversity in UK Financial Service firms. Green Park’s purpose as a Global Talent Advisory Firm and campaigner, has been built since its inception on creating more inclusive, diverse, and equitable places of work.

Supporting Progress Together was an easy decision for Green Park, as it is aligned with our own values and ambition for accelerating change through action.

Jo Heath, Managing Director of Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics Consultancy (DICE) also commented that,

Improving socio-economic equality from entry level talent all the way through to Board is essential if we want to bring about sustainable change.  We support organisations to understand the value of social economic diversity and to ensure transformation starts at the top to ensure it remains a business priority, even in difficult times. This topic is not only very close to my heart personally, but it makes complete business sense. It is vital to ensure that socio-economic equality is embedded within an organisation so that it makes the most of all the great diverse talent available and recognises the different career journeys that people have.

Green Park as a data-led firm is pleased to see that data is at the heart of the member commitment, as it enables greater awareness and visibility, and enables organisations to drive increased accountability, by helping them to demonstrate progress once plans are actioned.

Green Park looks forward to working with Progress Together, its members and supporters to bring about positive change.
