Green Park, one of Europe’s fastest growing Executive Search and Interim Management consultancies, has announced the appointment of Karen Camilleri to lead their Interim Operations, Business Change and Transformation offering.

Karen has twenty years’ experience recruiting senior interim roles across the UK and EMEA, having worked for two leading firms in the Executive Recruitment space prior to joining Green Park.

In her previous role, Karen successfully founded and grew a thriving Transport and Infrastructure Practice, specialising on the Bus and Rail Industry. Her mandates included Operations, Business Change, Franchise and Bidding experts across the Private Sector.

Prior to this, she was instrumental in the development and growth of Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Quangos and Trading Funds, providing support in the form of high-end Interim Management to Government as they moved towards a greater Commercial focus and new ways of working.

At Green Park, Karen joins the highly successful Private Sector Interim team to help grow their Business Change and Transformation Practice. Her clients will include Private Sector organisations undergoing change and transformation who require senior interim managers, with either highly developed technical knowledge or proven leadership experience.

Karen’s hire is part of Green Park’s greater business growth strategy to build their market expertise across the Private, Public and Third Sectors.

Jo Sweetland, Managing Partner at Green Park, stated: “We are delighted that Karen has chosen to join the Green Park family. Her ability to operate laterally across sectors, coupled with her excellent commitment to candidates and client care, is already proving a great success. Her ethos, approach and energy strongly aligns to Green Park’s values and culture and we look forward to watching her career flourish.”

Karen Camilleri stated: “It is great to have the opportunity to extend my reach into wider commercial markets within a team that is growing its market share daily and to do that with a company that champions diversity so passionately. I look forward to applying my passion and enthusiasm to provide a high-quality service across the areas of Operations, Business Change and Transformation.”
