Asymmetric Workforce: the growing reality that people within the same organisation can experience work, leadership, opportunity and belonging very differently. Understanding this asymmetry is critical to leadership effectiveness, retention, personal impact and organisational resilience.

Green Park and Clore Leadership have partnered to examine the evolving leadership landscape across the arts, culture and creative sectors, exploring executive recruitment challenges, succession planning, talent acquisition and organisational transformation.

Today’s arts, culture and creative organisations face mounting pressure from constrained funding, organisational change, evolving stakeholder expectations and increasing demands on leadership teams. Against this backdrop, many are reassessing how they attract, develop and retain senior talent, strengthen inclusive leadership pipelines and build resilient organisations equipped for long-term success.

This short 5-minute survey will aid us in analysing and understanding current market drivers in the area of inclusive leadership and talent:

  • Which leadership and board roles are hardest to recruit or sustain
  • How inclusion and representation affect leadership pipelines
  • Where organisations are feeling pressure in attracting, retaining and developing leaders
  • How workforce asymmetry is showing up in practice
  • What kinds of support, insight or leadership development would be most useful

Your responses will help inform the future work of Clore Leadership and Green Park, shaping leadership insight, sector support, programme development and benchmarking around current challenges, attitudes and emerging best practice across the arts, culture and creative sectors.

All responses will be treated in strict confidence and used solely for research, insight and service development purposes.

Thank you in advance for sharing your perspectives and experience.
