Retail Week | Addressing the lack of Black talent in the Tech 100 index – and how to fix it

Following the launch of our annual Leadership 10,000 report and our inaugural FTSE100 Leadership Diversity Index, Forbes comments on the reluctance of FTSE 100 organisations to budge from the entrenched status quo when it comes to their composition. Likening the findings of the report to those of the Social Mobility Commission, which depicted Britain as a “deeply elitist society,” Forbes quotes Sir John Parker whose government-backed independent review, recommends that no FTSE 100 board should be exclusively white by 2020.
