Findings from Green Park's Interim Transformation Director Roundtable

Green Park Executive Interim recently hosted a roundtable with 15 Interim Transformation Directors, specifically designed to discuss the challenges interims are facing currently when securing a new assignment.

The group consisted of Interim Transformation Directors from a range of industry sectors, all of whom have delivered large scale transformation programmes across multinational companies and were fully engaged in topics that included:

• How do Interim Transformation Leaders position themselves in a difficult market to differentiate themselves and secure exciting senior assignments?
• What skills do Transformation Director need to be successful in business today?

Our participants brought a wealth of experiences of experience and insights allowing for a dynamic conversation. We explored the many different approaches that each interim uses to differentiate themselves, from creating a niche within a niche and measuring the true ROI that is created when working with clients.

One of the most exciting aspects of the roundtable was the collective spirit and the group discussing how they can work together to form stronger propositions and add value to their clients.
