CEO of Green Park, Raj Tulsiani, comments on new Boardroom governance rules from the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) that seem to ignore the lack of ethnic minority diversity within the Financial Sector. The FRC have been criticised for their ‘disappointing’ lack of attention to increasing representation of ethnic minorities at senior levels. With increasing public and shareholder pressure calling for greater diversity within the sector, the FCR should lead by example and diversify their own Board and use their influence to drive change within the sector.
