Green Park’s Leadership 10,000, an in-depth analysis of the ethnocultural and gender diversity of the most senior positions in the FTSE 100, finds that over the last three years the number of black and ethnic minority board members in the retail sector has risen by only 1.4 percentage points.This means it now sits at 4.8% despite the UK working population being 13% non-white.
