As Green Park enters its twentieth year, we are increasingly clear about the questions that matter most to senior leaders. Across sectors and geographies, the C-Suite is operating in a climate shaped by tighter margins, faster scrutiny, more asymmetric workforces, and a level of complexity that makes old assumptions feel unreliable.

The findings also reinforce something we see every day in our own work: organisations are not struggling because they lack data or intent. They are struggling because they are often trying to solve modern problems with legacy assumptions about talent, about technology, about leadership, and about what people need to perform at their best.

At Green Park, we believe leadership decisions shape far more than structures and strategy. They shape confidence, momentum, and the conditions in which people and organisations can grow.
