“We founded Green Park in 2006 with a mission to change the face of leadership. We retain that same passion and entrepreneurial spirit today as when we started.”
According to Green Park’s research, there has been an 18% decrease over the past year in the number of Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic (BAME) leaders occupying Chair, CEO & CFO positions.
Our third annual ‘Top 100 BAME Leaders in Business’ report highlights this lack of an ethnic minority representation in senior leadership positions, as BAME professionals still face a number of challenges and barriers in and out of the workplace. At Green Park, it is our mission to break down these barriers and lead by example, encouraging other organisations to follow suit
We are delighted to announce that this year’s event will be held on Thursday, 11th October 2018 at the State Rooms, Speaker’s House, House of Commons by kind permission of Mr Speaker, The Rt Hon John Bercow MP.
The ‘Top 100 BAME Leaders in Business’ launch event is designed to showcase the talent, experience and expertise of ethnic minority board-ready leaders who are chronically underrepresented in most of Britain’s biggest organisations across Private, Public and Third sectors; as well as a celebration and recognition of role models, who lead by example, driving long term business and social change.
The final Top 100 BAME Leaders in Business will be unveiled at the event … so watch this space for further details!
