Frances Lang, CEO of Variety the Children’s Charity, provides advice on how an organisation can introduce a more flexible working environment. Frances moved into the charity sector with the assistance of Green Park’s Head of Charities and Social Enterprise Practice, Kai Adams.
Kai Adams, who specialises in non-profit recruitment, joined Green Park in 2011 and founded the Charities & Social Enterprise Practice in 2012. Kai, has since been promoted to Partner and has driven the growth of the Practice through his sector expertise and diligent client care, achieving a 75% rate of repeat business. Kai was the first person Frances spoke with when starting her journey in the charity sector, as she describes in this blog.
