  • CDR will be assisting with communications across the full Green Park portfolio, including Green Park’s social enterprise, DRIVE.

London, Thursday 16th March 2017: Green Park, the London headquartered interim and executive search firm, has appointed Citigate Dewe Rogerson (CDR) as its retained PR agency in the UK. CDR will also support the high profile launch of Green Park’s The DNA of the Retailers of Tomorrow report, in addition to The Leadership 10k and Public Services Leadership 5,000 which explores diversity among the UK’s top boards within the public and private sectors.

Green Park has grown from a challenger company to become one of Europe’s fastest growing suppliers of interim management, executive search and board advisory solutions across the private and public sectors. With pioneering market-led research and targeted initiatives to drive social change, Green Park has set a new benchmark for customer service in the senior recruitment industry and established itself as the UK’s leader in diversity recruitment.

Steve Baggi, Co-founder of Green Park and Head of Retail and Consumer Practice said: “The appointment is in line with our strategy to grow our business and our reputation in the marketplace with the assistance of best in class communication consultancies. The team at CDR was able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the recruitment market as well as the sectors that we target, notably retail and central and local government.

“We have a busy year ahead with the launch of The DNA of the Retailers of Tomorrow report and our annual Top 100 Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Leaders in Business Lists, along with some exciting new releases, so we are delighted to have such an experienced and passionate PR team on board to help achieve our communications goals.”

Judith Massey, Executive Director, Citigate Dewe Rogerson commented: “We admire Green Park hugely for the work it is doing to increase diversity at a senior management and board level in private and public sector organisations. It is genuinely leading the way by building credible talent pools and offering services such as understanding and removing unconscious bias.

“Green Park invests in valuable thought leadership research and reports that are of huge interest to clients and the media – we are looking forward to establishing a long-term partnership with the team and delivering great results for them. CDR understands the diversity agenda and is increasingly working with clients on campaigns that will effect real behavioural change.”
