FTSE 100 retail companies still failing to increase leadership diversity but US retailers are leading the way.

As we reach the end of our 2017-2018 financial year, we are pleased to announce that 2017 has been our most successful year to date and we couldn’t have done it without you.
In 2017 we launched two new services and grew the Green Park team by 40%. Financially, it was a record year with our interim business growing by 40% and our overall sales increasing by 70%.
Among the highlights of 2017 were multiple award wins and nominations, including being ranked the No.1 Recruiter Public Sector Provider and the No.4 Recruitment Agency in the Recruiter Hot 100.
We have also released 10 pieces of original research, including our first ever FTSE 100 Leadership Diversity Index, ranking the FTSE 100 companies by their success and commitment to improving diversity across their leadership. These unique industry insights have helped expand our reach by over 80% and earned Green Park 160 pieces of media coverage.
As we look forward to the next fiscal year, we are excited to continue helping diversify and futureproof our clients, while shining the light on overlooked and undervalued leadership talent in our core markets.
